Products, Allergens, and Food Information
All products (marmalades, spreads, spoon sweets, and baked goods) are subject to availability.
In accordance with EU Regulation No 1169/2011, complete information regarding ingredients, net weight, and mandatory allergen declarations is provided on each product page prior to purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these details, particularly regarding food allergies or intolerances, before placing an order.
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Ordering and Contract Formation
An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to buy.
A binding contract is formed only when you receive an email confirmation from us stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or payment issues.
Payment
Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
All online payments are processed securely through JCC Payment Systems.
Cardholder data is encrypted and handled exclusively by JCC. We do not store or process payment information on our servers, and we are not responsible for issues arising directly from JCC’s gateway system.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the consumption of our products, provided we have met all mandatory food safety, traceability, and labeling standards required under EU and Cyprus regulations.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
