Refund and Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal & Food Exemptions

Perishable and Sealed Food Goods: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery. Therefore, opened food jars (marmalades, spreads, spoon sweets) or baked goods (arkatena, breadsticks, cookies) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Perishable / Unopened Goods: For unopened, sealed, and non-perishable products, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

Order Cancellation before Dispatch: To cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed and dispatched, the shipping costs for returning eligible items will be borne by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products safely. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass jars), defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect items along with your order number.

Upon verification, we will either send a replacement at our expense or issue a full refund for the affected products.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

For eligible, unopened products, items must be returned in their original, unsealed packaging, with security seals intact, and in the same condition that you received them.

The return shipment must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment via JCC Payment Systems within 5–10 business days. Note that processing times may vary depending on your banking institution.
