Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas We deliver to all areas within the Republic of Cyprus that are under the effective control of the government.

Delivery Methods and Partners Orders are dispatched and delivered using local courier services. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery method:

Pick-up at Courier Station: Collect your parcel from your nearest courier service point.

Home/Office Delivery: Direct delivery to your specified address (where service is available by the courier).

Processing, Dispatch, and Food Freshness

Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation via JCC.

Summer Shipments: To protect the quality and safety of our artisanal food products (such as spreads and baked goods) against high heat, we reserve the right to delay dispatch over weekends or during extreme heatwaves to ensure your items do not sit in courier warehouses.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery district, whether the address is urban or rural, and the total weight of the order.

Any promotional free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking and Pick-up Responsibility

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or a notification via SMS/email from the courier service.

Because our products include perishable items, you are responsible for collecting your parcel promptly from the courier station (usually within 5–7 consecutive days) or ensuring someone is available for home delivery. We are not responsible for spoiled food products resulting from delayed collection by the customer. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will not be refunded and may incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.
